*“One-speaker”Policy

All ICSA conferences have a “one-speaker” policy that one attendee can be a speaker in only one session. 

* Cancellation Policy

·No refund will be issued if registration is cancelled after November 20,2019

·60% refund (minus processing fee) for registration fee will be made if cancellation is requested after October 20,2019；

·Full refund  (minus processing fee) for registration fee will be made if cancellation is requested on or before October 20,2019；

* Instructions

Attendees outside of the mainland of China: The registration process will only be complete with the registration payment submitted. Please have your payment method ready when you proceed to register.

Attendees within the mainland of China: Please select “Yes” to the question “Is your work affiliation in mainland China?”.  Although your abstract submission can be completed without a payment, your registration will be contingent until your payment is received, at latest, onsite.  中国内地的参会者：请在“您在中国大陆工作吗？”中选择“是”。虽然您的摘要提交可以在没有付款的情况下完成，但您的注册将在收到您的付款之后（最迟在现场交费后）才能完成。
