The 11th ICSA International Conference will be held at Hangzhou Dragon Hotel, Hangzhou, China, on December 20-22, 2019. The International Chinese Statistical Association (ICSA) is a non-profit organization, established in 1987, with the aim of promoting the theory and applications of statistical disciplines through scholarly activities, including publication of journals in statistics and probability, scientific meetings, and other educational programs.
